Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga
The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga is a thin line hybrid Laptop or an Ultrabook which can be folded into a Tablet whenever you want it. The 17mm Ultrabook’s screen will flip back on a pair of double hinges and allows you to hold the unit and interact with it like any other tablet. Thanks to the capacitive touch screen with 10 point multi-touch with sensors.
Additionally, the IdeaPad Yoga can be folded into different shapes and easily adapts to different situations. However, you may feel the unit to be little bigger and heavier when compared with other tablets. But this is a hybrid device, a laptop and a tablet!
The IdeaPad Yoga 13” monitor uses most popular IPS panel for very wide viewing angle. Even if you see it from the extreme left of right, the colours don’t change much. The notebook is also expected to be powered by Intel’s next generation Ivy Bridge processors.
Designed for Windows 8, the Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga is expected to be in the market after the official release of MicroSoft’s Windows 8.
Updates
According to the ABC news, there is going to be a two versions of Yoga, one powered by the Intel processors and the other with less powerful ARM Nvidia Tegra processor with more battery life.
Also there will be three versions of Windows 8 from Microsoft. Windows RT (Run Time) for the one powered by ARM processor and Win 8 & Win 8 Pro for those powered by Intel and AMD processors.
